- All purchases are nonrefundable. Keep this in mind when purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If you have issues with the quality of your item please contact us directly so we can seek to find a compromise middle ground. We will ask you provide pictures as they're handmade so there is the potential for human error. However, it's our goal to make our customers happy! We will do the best we can to come up with a solution!
- That being said, other than quality control, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items when shipped.
- We are not responsible for shipping errors that are not made aware to us before they're shipped out. We are glad to fix things before items have been shipped but afterwards it's no longer in our hand or our responsibility.
♡ RESELLING AND TRADES:
- Do not purchase an item with the intention of trading. Advertising it before receiving it or being found to use it as 'trade fodder' will result with a ban from the shop.
- Do not resell over the amount in which you purchased. This will also result in a ban from the shop.
- We do not tolerate bullying, harassing, or general nasty behaviors. Harassing the team will result in a ban.
